14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw your purchase, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

How to Return

1. Send a notification to hashimmusajr@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number.
2. We will reply with the return address.
3. Return the item without undue delay, and within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of Returned Items

• Unused, unwashed, in original condition.
• All tags attached.
• Original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

You bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — risk of loss is yours until we receive the parcel.

Refunds

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method. Original shipping cost is not refunded unless the entire order is returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Under Danish law (Købeloven) you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. Contact hashimmusajr@hotmail.com with photos and a description; reasonable return shipping is covered by us for approved claims.
