Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Denmark: 49 DKK
• EU: 130 DKK

Delivery Times

• Denmark: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• EU: 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Tracking

All orders include tracking sent by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact hashimmusajr@hotmail.com and we will follow up with the carrier.

Customs & Duties

Within the EU there are no additional duties. For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
