These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this store.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Denmark: 49 DKK
- EU: 130 DKK
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant providers.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
To exercise the right, send a clear notification to hashimmusajr@hotmail.com within the 14-day period. You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after notifying us.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- You bear the cost of return shipping.
- We refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear).
6. Right to Complain (24 Months)
Under Danish law (Købeloven) you have a 24-month right to complain about defects existing at the time of delivery. Contact hashimmusajr@hotmail.com with a description and photo of the defect. Approved claims are repaired, replaced or refunded; reasonable return shipping costs are covered by us.
7. Liability
We are liable in accordance with Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by force majeure.
8. Customer Data
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes can be brought before the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning) or the EU online dispute platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
